For example, Word 2007 is important to use for almost all college essays, and I'm sure it's important for businesses as well. Will there be a Word app for the iPad? And with a netbook, you get keyboard feedback, instead of awkwardly touching a virtual keyboard. But Apple is going to get rewarded for having offering such a limited device, effectively encouraging companies to offer less options with their products "I'm happy the iPad is successful. Hopefully Apple, and other companies will continue with this kind of technology and keep pushing it forward. I agree the iPad isn't really all that useful right now, but the technology that will be based on this in 5 or however many years will make it worth it. "
