Pretty much this. I mostly eat bananas and sammiches and I still gain weight like there's no tomorrow. I can be social and exercise, I just don't give a fuck enough to do so. I still think this is dumb, but whatever floats their boat. I'll still keep eating the things I do.
Fruit has a lot of sugar in it, so yeah if you eat that then don't do anything, you get fat. Your choices made you fat.
