Never give up on Sleeping Dogs. The final section of the game is a distinct shift in tone, and is crazy. And awesome.

@eujin: I already uninstalled it. Maybe if I rebuild my gaming PC I'll go back to it. Just felt like a bit of a slog.

I still need to play all of the games on this list besides The Walking Dead and Mark of the Ninja.

I think I'll wait to play the rest of Amnesia when the Oculus Rift comes out, provided it has support.

@rorie: Make Sleepy Dawgz and The Walking Dead your first priorities! Do what Vinny does in Sleeping Dogs to have fun. Just wreck shit.

Similar to my list, albiet 1/10 of it.

BUT BEAT SLEEPING DOGS! ITS A MUST FINISH GAME!

Posted by Silver-Streak

@rorie: Any idea how far you made it? I've never heard Sleeping Dogs described as slow/a slog before. Regardless, If you're working on Torchlight 2 feel free to hit me up sometime with a PM or steam invite, as no one I know will play with me. I'm still working on that one myself.

How few, I've got like 600 games I've never even launched, and when I think about it, I've probably only beaten around 5 games in my Steam library.

Posted by eccentrix

Yeah, I was expecting there to be a lot more.

Posted by Landmine

@rorie @eujin I also own and need to beat all of those, I have started most but I'm just a little ADHD. I might skip Amnesia, I'm a bit of a wimp and would rather watch Patrick play scary games. Torchlight 2 was fun but by the time I started it most of my friends moved on to other games, I would love to play that game co-op.

You're list is almost as bad as mine Rorie.

Well that's what Unprofessional Fridays are there for Rorie.

Finally playing Mark of the Ninja and Torchlight 2 myself. Both are great examples of how indie games can challenge AAA titles in quality.

Amnesia - Creepy as hell. Spent 10 minutes with it and wussed out. I will continue, but have to be in the right state of mind and I refuse to play it during the daytime!

Sleepy Dawgz - Played this one quite a bit, but took a break. I tend to have a short attention span for open world games but I like the Hong Kong setting, characters, and combat. Just picked up Year of the Snake DLC during the Summer Sale.

Darksiders II - Still need to get back to this one. Not the greatest PC port and I think I enjoyed the first game more so far.

DMC - Played through the first couple levels or so. Intend to continue when my backlog is more manageable. Plus, I'm pretty bad at pulling off some of those combos :P.

Walking Dead - Beaten. Amazing story and characters. A must play. I still need to pick up 400 days.

Don't own Iron Brigade or Rogue Legacy yet.

I tried playing Torchlight 2, someone gifted it to me, but it just constantly crashes my computer.

Good list, though.

I don't really consider Sleeping Dogs a must finish game. I say you're fine with playing just some of it, Rorie! I have very similar tastes to you. You also didn't go completely nuts for Far Cry 3, which I RESPECT. BRAH.

Don't give up on the SUN ON YEE, MUTHAFUCKA!

@spiralsin: If you're interested in 400 Days, Gamestop has the Steam code on sale for $2.50.

Edited by spiralsin

@existentialspork: Wow, thanks for the tip! I never knew Gamestop sold Steam keys. I usually check Amazon or GMG. The base game's been on sale a few times now during the Summer Sale, but not the DLC. Not that $4.99 is a lot, but I was still holding out to see if it might get discounted before the sale ends.

I'm keen, I am in the same boat!

I don't know why, but I bought Torchlight II today.

@rorie Where's Dark Souls on this list?!

Posted by jiggajoe14

I'm holding out on Rogue Legacy hoping that it is a flash/daily sale during the steam sale.

Goddamn I have over 200 steam games, and I think I've beaten maybe 30 of them? This list would be unmanageable for me.

Edited by Turkalurch

Nice list! Good luck with Amnesia, that game is terrifying at times. But it's so goooooood!

Posted by Rorie

@kerikxi: Well it's definitely not all the games I haven't beaten, just the ones I actually intend to go back to.

@lanechanger: I still haven't beaten it, but this is more for stuff that I'm not currently playing.

Oh please, this list is small time! I buy but don't play this many Steam games for breakfast! And I'm only an amateur Steam game buyer/not finisherer. If you want to get to the big leagues you've got a long way to go.

I was shocked at how much I liked DMC. Really dig that game- Go Japan.

@rorie ill play Iron Brigade for pc! :)

Edited by kerikxi

@rorie: Yeah, I think every game on your list is on my unfinished list too. You could do a few community games in Torchlight or Iron Brigade or somethin.

Not a bad idea! Maybe I'll try to set up some community game nights.

Torchlight II is such a good game, and the mod support is fantastic. Don't give up on it :)

@amethon: I agree with this statement!
