THE HYPE IS REAL
Well, shit. I'm on the 6th mission of the Campaign right now and have still been enjoying it, but have for sure noticed the shift in quality. Bummer to hear it's not going to get back to that early peak. At least the multiplayer is fun as hell.

I am ridiculously excited about this. Already have the deluxe edition prepurchased on Steam.
The amount of content they added to the first game over time was nuts, and letting people join the DLC maps regardless of whether or not they owned the DLC is always welcome.
That last bit about the Tom Clancy name is one of the most depressing things I've seen in a long time.
So that's Splinter Cell and Ghost Recon down, and some would argue Rainbow Six went downhill with Vegas, though I disagree. What else can they run into the ground with the TC name? ruthless.com?
