I had a lot of fun playing as an Elf Mage. I wanted to make him power hungry and willing to do anything to gain more magical abilities, willing to fuck over anyone who stood in my way, but the game gave me the great oppurtunity to turn it into a redemption story where at a certain point in the game your previous choices come back to stare you in the face and well, I felt goddamn guilty about what I'd done and from that moment on I decided to play the character as someone trying to do the right thing and find some forgiveness for their past mistakes.

Narratively, I couldn't believe how well the game allowed this character arc to progress, I've never really experienced anything like it in a game before, it just felt like the way it was supposedto happen. The romance option even informed this decision, where by the end of the game this once thirsty for unlimited power Elf Mage now simply wanted to walk into the sunset with his love. What a great game, haha.

Random PC Game and Flight Club.

What can I say, Dave & Vinny are my favourite combination.

It’d be the ultimate troll if Patrick simply never tried this level but it'd probably drive Dan truly over the edge into becoming a Super-Villian.

I go in phases. I sold my PS4 and barely turned on my PC for about 6 months before The Witcher 3 came out (and have been playing different games regularly since then) but listened to every Bombcast during that time and at least took a peak at most Quick Looks. More recently I'm a week or two behind on Bombcasts at any given time and knee deep in all the cool games coming out but I suspect that'll switch around again soon.

Dan Ryckert will lead the human are to it’s end. He is the herald of the apocalypse, the harbinger of death. They must not follow him.

I currently have Fallout 4 and XCOM 2 pre-ordered and earlier this year I pre-ordered The Witcher 3, all on PC. All 3 are games that regardless of any bad reviews I have to see with my own eyes as soon as possible.

I liked them both, but at the same time find them to be a little overrated.
