Hello! I'd love to join Lincoln Force! I got GW2 when it came out and lost interest quickly, but I've gotten back into the game after hearing about the frequent updates. I'm a low level but thankfully the game seems to be a lot less about your level, thanks to the scaling and such. I think joining the Force would greatly improve my enjoyment and dedication to the game. turkey turkey turkey!

I think a two to three year cycle is good for a trilogy (most games you mentioned have rounded out at a trilogy). But for franchises that want to be around for more than a few games or one generation, I think it's important to space out to one or two releases per generation. Everyone acts like this is something new. Short cycles like these have existed since the beginning of gaming, and are actually getting longer. Some of the biggest franchises would have a year turnaround on the next release, and they would be awesome.

Also, ME2 was done in two years because most of the groundwork was in place and Bioware had a lot less heavy lifting to do. That goes for all other studios. In FFXIII-2's case, the first cost too much to develop not to use those assets in another game to make more money, or at least break even. It's not a quick buck for many developers, but simply the smart thing to do. Most studios can't afford to reinvent the wheel every game.

This year really seems like COD's last year to not have to innovate. Don't get me wrong, I'm going to buy the game and have tons of fun for a couple months. But MW2 seems like the last game in the series to have made pretty significant changes, and it's gonna take even more drastic changes to keep people from hopping ship. Competition from Battlefield will force improvement, and sadly I don't think Treyarch can hold up for next year.

We all saw what happened with Halo's decline and COD's rise. I see that sort of situation happening again very soon...

Every time I try to log into Battlelog, it displays this massage:

"Your account is not allowed to login"

Is anyone else having this problem?

How do I solve this?

I preordered the game, and I live in the eastern US

@Branthog: So teammates can blind you? Awww. That sucks. They should turn that off.

I think that miiiight have to do with the "friendly fire" option. I'm pretty sure that the beta has friendly fire turned on, so that might change. The flashlight is a very cool addition either way

I've been playing TF2 for a few months now, but with randoms. I would love to join a group to play with during the week. I'm not amazing, but I can play a pretty decent game.

I want some teamwork in my Team Fortress!

I seem to love Uncharted 1 way more than anyone else, but I just thought it was really fun and like nothing I had played before. Now everyone loves the franchise and I couldn't be more pumped for the 3rd to come out!
