I guess everything on the flash drive will be available online a few days later for CE buyers but still, this is absurd. I'm still getting my CE for the bonus goodies-but at least Ubi owned up to it. I could totally see other companies being well aware of the problem and shipping it anyways without telling the public or giving them a price drop. But really Ubi, really?

I loved the demo so I'm for sure getting it day one. But I think that if anyone is apprehensive about getting it, even after playing the demo, then don't. Borrow it from a friend, rent it or even wait a few months for a sale or a price drop. Even I have my doubts for certain things about this game and reading reviews won't keep me from getting it but I definitely now am aware that this game isn't perfect and the reviews keep me in check to not expect the greatest game of all time-but a good game nonetheless.

Not yet. I have a feeling though that on Tuesday the review will be done and said reviewer can announce our winner on the bombcast.

I too could use a Co-op buddy. I plan on getting this at a midnight launch so I'll be down to co-op ASAP :-D

 Yes he's dead. Even the companion novels by David Michaels(Splinter Cell: Conviction and Splinter Cell: Endgame), which stories were collaborated on with Ubisoft  state that Lambert is dead.
