I'll play Doom or Quake 2 on the hardest difficulty, and I'll quit the second I die for the first time.

So I'm buying the sequel and once I have it I can play the first game........?

Sounds better than not being able to play the first one at all. I never played the first one, just saw a video of the first few levels. Looked amazing, just never got around to trying it myself, and low and behold, its been many years since it came out.

What I think is the most ridiculous thing, is the guy making it email'd Sega before without a response IIRC. But Sega only says to cease and desist when the game is finally finished, and it was in the making for 8 YEARS.

I feel really bad for the guys that helped make it because they finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel, and once they got there, a giant SEGA came and smashed them.

Ive got a few games I've only played the first few levels, a few that I'm probably halfway through, and a large amount where Im at least 3/4 done.

What I do is make a list of every game I haven't beat at least once, print it out, cut them all up, put them into a hat, and then draw a random 3. I make it so I can only play those three games, and when I beat one, I pull another name out of the hat. If there's multiple games in a series I haven't beat (Like Resistance 1 and 2) and I pull out the sequel but I want to beat the first one first, then that is the only time I can put the game back in the hat.

This usually works for two weeks, until I buy something new, then it all falls apart.

Its good to play the DLC after the first playthrough since playing through the second playthrough will burn you out a little bit
However, you level up in the DLC, and so if you complete even one of the DLC (except moxxi) you'll be atleast 5 levels higher than everything in the second playthrough of the main game.

Basically you're choice. Enjoy the DLC while the game is still fresh and become overpowered in the end, or burn out with the second playthrough but play somewhat fresh DLC

I don't care what game it is or what excuse is made, I don't want to see or hear "DLC" about any game until ATLEAST a week after the game is released.

I loved Stacking, and I completed it, but not 100%. It was a really fun game, I was addicted for hours for a few days, then I haven't touched it since.

Really need to 100% it, and complete Costume Quest while I'm at it.

Just because there is a lot more .com's, go with that

It'd be easier to remember a .com site than a .net site, but just barely
