Same as all here. Tapped the * button on the remote and it asked me to activate. Went to the site and instantly got an are you human check. This fails to an invalid request. Now the Video Buddy app is blocked. Site seems to think I'm on a VPN or bad traffic is coming through. I now have to do the captcha just to log in to the site.

Edit: Now I am blocked from using either Roku channel. Both crash to dashboard on launch now. Tried deleting, re-downloading, & rebooting.

Also, Giantbomb.com/Roku will take you to a activation page without the site thinking you're a robot. Would be interesting to see someone try, but don't lock yourself out if you don't have another way to get to the content.

I'd love to see an afternoon power block of the crew streaming some Drew-style games. Play Sarah Mclachlan's, "I Will Remember Drew" at the end.

Thanks all for keeping up on this! Has anyone had luck on any Roku models such as the most recent ultra line? Apple TV latest model?

@vehementplacebo: The issue is the switch to 1080p/60fps. Roku 3 and earlier, Chromecast, and early Fire boxes won't work for the time being or anymore unless they back the stream down to 720p. Sounds like Roku Ultra boxes will work.

How has the Fire hardware and this cool looking app held up to the switch from 720 to 1080p/60fps? Similar issues as the Roku users?

Tried the same content on the Roku YouTube app. Compression is bad and my old Roku 2 can barely run the app while a video is playing.

Has it been confirmed that the Roku Ultra can run these awesome videos correctly?

@evilmax17: So it sounds like the app would need to be brought up to the current standard or cease to function. Probably worth determining if the app will be updated before upgrading to the 2016 models.

Does the AppleTV run the Video Buddy app to display content, or does GB have an official app?

Adding +1 to this too. The latest This is the Run & Blue Bombing are unwatchable on Roku 2. Same issue as the Forza QL from last year. Will the app scale with the change to 1080p/60fps or is it time to change hardware?

Forza audio Sync is off by minutes.
