I love me some Chik-Fil-A, Zaxby's and Raising Cane's.

The first dlc pack raised the level cap up to 50 and one of the achievements requires you to prestige.  So do I need both or can I prestige at level 40?

Amped 3, which actually ended up getting a 360 for me.  I was on a message board and someone posted a deal saying Game Crazy had Amped 3 for $39.99, which was a game I really wanted, but there were no Game Crazy stores around me so I asked the poster if he could pick me up a copy and I would repay him.  He agreed and then I got my game and on my thank you message, I said something along the lines of "now I just need to find a 360" and he responded that he had an extra one he was planning on selling on ebay, but he'd sell it for me for regular price.  That guy was awesome.

I love Toy Soldiers.  Perfect Dark is fun, but there's something about it that doesn't sit right with me.  I've only played the demo of Castle Crashers and I didn't really like it.  Toy Soldiers gets my vote.

Assassin's Creed - I received this for Christmas in 2007 and couldn't get into it back then, but I want to play the new one, so I decided to give it another go.

I think the stupidest part of the list is just the sheer randomness of candidates they have: "Snooki" from Jersey Shore?!?!? Sandra Bullock?!?!  Yes, a whore who got popularized by MTV is very influential.  An actress who did movies and got cheated on by her husband, incredibly influential.  
 
Also, did Time deliberately chose the worst photos of the people they could?
