I'm not interested in buying any Epic exclusives personally but everyone can do as they please. I did just happen to find another awesome space trucker game that seems to be a bit of a hidden gem.
Avorion is on sale for like $10 on steam right now (or humble store full price) and seems awesome. has very positive reviews, ship building and even a few active multiplayer server. I was on a server with 21 out of 100 people around midnight on a monday.
I hope you guys do re-visit this in the future as it was so much fun to watch :)
perhaps as a live stream so you don't have to deal with the editing nightmare, but we wouldn't mind hanging out for the hijinx and awkward setups :)
ps- Dan struck on the meta for completing this mission by mistake. Everyone usually just gets in a car and drives from the mountain top to the boat :P This way is far more fun though, glad they struggled amusingly ;)
Love the crime crew :) Good thing Vinny is holding onto money because they will need a hell of a lot of it to unlock the later additions.

I know that this will probably be an unpopular opinion around here and that the staff don't seem to care one way or another but i just can't get behind Epics store.
The way they are doing business just rubs me the wrong way, it feels slimy as hell. I don't want my money going to help them continue running their store the same way so i'm staying away from any game that takes their deal.
Gearbox feels equally shitty. Randy Pitchford has this cloud of shit floating around him and he just keeps going on twitter tirades making it worse. There are so many great games out there I see no need for my money to support a seemingly lazy sequel to a already samey sequel to a decent game from a pair of shitty companies.
Is the EX usually hidden after the date? i didn't notice it until i heard the into and backed out. Seems like a weird place to put it for visibility :)
I wish they would do more stuff real time with live chat or looking at videos between posting and recording the next. There is so much misunderstanding of mechanics that if understood could have meant for fun for them and a better video for us.
Maybe not possible with how much trouble they were having with GTA online, and while i agree it can be a little awkward i certainly never had that much trouble playing with my friends.

PS- There is a multiplayer mod for GTA5 called FiveM, There are many servers that run RPG life sim like things where you have total freedom.. I would LOVE to see @ybbaaabby do a sims style gta life thing :P.. that is all.
Love the crime crew :) Don't expect you guys will read this but in case you do, you can stop at the gun store mid mission as long as it's not timed or something. Easy to restock ammo and armour there if you don't have time in the menu.
I know a lot of people won't care but i'm not going to be buying anything from the Epic store. I don't want to support the practice of buying exclusive rights to game sales. I don't like their poor security and account leaks. I don't like the way they do business in general and i think it's bad for pc gaming in general. I may skip the games once they go multi-platform as well, i don't like the idea of rewarding them for taking Epics exclusivity deal.
