I really don't like this whole desk thing. It completely destroys the chilled out relaxing with your friends after a shit week at work vibe that the studio has had forever. I can't even explain why it doesn't bother me at all for GBE and makes my skin crawl here, but it does.
Yeah that's definitely low quality orange juice, @ben. I know exactly what you're talking about with the metallic feeling. Good orange juice makes your entire tongue light up with tingly sour sweet acids, bad orange juice only sets off the middle back part of the tongue and feels like you're drinking a glass of melted pennies.
Pineapple juice is nectar from Elysium, but it gives me the worst stomach cramps. =\ I love those stupid three fruit blend things you can get, but apparently pure sugar and three different kinds of fruit acid makes my stomach rise up in protest.
They still make Crunk! Juice my man. I was drinking a can not three days ago. Did you know they changed the can design to be less intense, and they branched out into other flavors? You can still get the original mix, it's called Pomegranate. I got mine at a gas station but a quick search led me to find that you can buy that shit straight from Amazon. Shipping looks like it'll take a couple weeks, but it's damn near impossible to find these days, I got incredibly lucky. I'm honestly considering putting an order in just to make the whole thing easier on myself, because it definitely is the best energy drink I've ever had.
Looks like The Quiet Man wasn't the only thing ya'll talked about with Austin and Patrick at PAX eh? ;) I love it when they do it, and I can't imagine I'll feel any differently about my other favorite place online doing it too.
