"Megawad" has been a term used in the Doom community forever. That's not a Romero thing. Basically denotes larger levelsets, usually full map replacements for Doom 1 or 2, but generally everything that has a lot of maps.

Hah, I have that one on an old Dutch share/shovelware CD for DOS from way back when. I have made isos of those CDs a few years ago, maybe I should get that stuff on archive.org some day.
