I found the prison and I think I can make it over the wall into the prison with the racer........but where is the outcropping.  I can't find it anywhere please help.

Who the heck is he?  
 
FYI...I'm referencing the guy who confronts Madison at the book store for an autograph.

I'm only on level 41.  Is this high enough to enter the new DLC and survive or do fine?  Or do I need to be level 50 to survive in there.

On the chapter "The Rat" I'm inside of the car as Ethan with a three-way view 1. camera through windshield looking at me  2. cellphone and note on seat next to me  3. GPS with 5 indicators
 
I'm stuck!  What do I need to do to get past this part?  My only prompt onscreen is to press down on the right stick but all he does is put the phone to his ear forever and there is complete silence on the phone.

Is it possible to complete the bear trial without crashing the car?  The furthest I can get is the part where the police officer shoots at my car when I'm withing 1 mile of the destination.

I unlocked a few trophies in Heavy Rain and synced them multiple times but none of them are showing up on the trophy page (http://profiles.us.playstation.com/playstation/psn/visit/profiles/milvax).  Has anyone else noticed this problem?
