Man, this sucks. I understand that it's been a while, but these guys have been a part of my life for more than a decade. Gonna seriously miss all of them, but wish them the best of luck in whatever they do next.
Awesome! I'm not 100% sure, but I think you need to search by Code ID. I tried searching for Welshcleats, and nothing showed up, but searching by Code ID worked.
Okay, cool. I'll prolly pick them up then. I do enjoy Find Mii even though it's pretty dumb and simple, so if they're halfway decent, I should get my money's worth.
Damnit. Like everyone else here, Giant Bomb has become a part of my life, and I really felt like I knew everyone personally. Ryan was at the heart of that, and I'm really going to miss him. I never thought losing someone I never met could hit so hard.
Okay, got it. I guess HD collection it is. Just curious, does it matter between PS3 and 360? It looks like the 360 version is easier to find these days, but I can probably find a PS3 version if it turns out to be much better.
@milkman I prolly should've mentioned that I did already play MGS and MGS2 back in the day.
I'm finally getting around to playing MGS3 (I know, I'm late to the game), but I'm having trouble deciding how to play it. I have subsistence, and I recently got a 3DS, so for those that have played both, which is the better version in your opinion? I'd also be willing to consider picking up the HD collection if people think it's worth the $30 due to the enhancements and the fact that it also has Peace Walker.
I decided to give Bioshock another shot about a week ago in anticipation for Infinite. The atmosphere and story seem awesome, but I can't stand playing the game. There's just too much repetition with all the hacking, enemy respawns, and fetch quests. After Brad spoiled some of the ending on the bombcast, is there really any reason for me to keep playing? I'm around Neptune's Bounty, but if there isn't really anything else to glean from the game, I'm thinking about just setting it aside as a game I really should have played when it was released.
Hmm okay. Maybe I should've picked up Sim City 4 as my free game instead of NFS then :/ . Those two games that aren't out yet seem interesting for sure. Tropico doesn't really sound like my kind of thing, but maybe I'll look into Cities XL next time its on the Steam sale or something.
