" I shut it off after 35 hours, this game rubs me the wrong way, and im a huge rpg guy, played every pc rpg since 1997 basically, i wont post the list here again but i am a big rpg fan. And this games does nothing for me, the story is bland, the characters are generic, the universe is much more "been there done that" than i thought it would be. Seriously its a huge deception. And i bought it on steam so i cant resell it.... dammit! "
Yeah, I'm having similar feelings toward the game as well. I don't mean to crap all over the game--I'm enjoying it enough to finish it, but I definitely plan on selling it the second I'm finished.
Sounds to me like some of you are jealous. If it makes you feel better to bash on someone's social life because they are straight up better than you at a video game, then go right ahead. This is a prime example of why I stay away from online multiplayer--skill level has a lot to do with time spent playing, and I have better things to do with my time.

" Gamers saying other gamers "need a life" is more pathetic than the gamers who spend a lot of time on gaming.
" The thread has ended... but I just want to ask: is the PS3 version of Dragon Age: Origins actually better on PS3? If so... interesting. "
Kevin VanOrd mentioned in his gamespot review that the playstation 3 version has better textures and shorter load times, but the 360 version has a slightly smoother framerate.
Congrats on the new ps3! That's awesome that your collection of systems is complete, no great games can slip past you. The psp is all that I'm missing, but I just can't justify buying one.
As for awesome ps3 exclusive recommendations: Metal Gear Solid 4, LittleBigPlanet, Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time, Valkyria Chronicles, Killzone 2, and a bunch of psn stuff like flower or playstation classics.
Final Fantasy VII is easily the biggest bang for your buck at only 9.99. If that's not your thing, flower is an amazing game, but may not last very long.
Yes, as long as every chapter is completed on a certain difficulty, you will get the trophy for the difficulty. However, beating the final chapter is the last thing that needs to be done to get the award, even if you already beat it on the desired difficulty.
