The opening with everyone geeking out about Fortnite skins was kind of hard to listen to. Epic's strategy of never creating anything new themselves is still working I guess.
That said, Sekiro is indeed amazing. I played 150 hours of Elden Ring and 40 of Sekiro, but I would still say I prefer the latter.
I have developed an intense dislike for anime voice acting, no matter the language. No matter the story, tone or scene, everyone sounds like they're in a show for five-year olds. Like they all talk like they're in front of a circle of kids and are performing a daycare play or something.
I also couldn't stand the writing in Donut County, so I have severe doubts I would enjoy the Neon White story. Night in the Woods was pushing it at times but overall I enjoyed the writing. The lack of voice acting probably helped
That reminds me that I'm really happy that the Ace Attorney games have minimal voice acting.
I really wish I liked Metroid Prime, but the original game bored me to the point of me not bothering to finish it. Hopefully Nintendo releases a Switch 2 at some point so I can play Dredd. The Switch being so underpowered that not even first party games run well made me stay clear of the console.
