Mass Effect Andromeda. Loved the original trilogy.

It pretty much went: Whole new galaxy! So many possibilities! New crazy alien types. Lots to explore. This is going to be epic!... emm the fuck is this shit?! Who wrote this dialog? Why are all aliens humanoids? Where are all the aliens? Why did I stuck behind invisible wall again?! Why are all auto saves within 1 second when I'm falling into a pit? Why are those people walking so... omg look at that face! Crash again.. Uninstall.

Thanks Bioware! I enjoyed No mans's sky more than I did MEA.

$400 seems ok for the tech and experience. I would prefer Vive for that, but this still beats PSVR and the mobile ones. Sadly outside US those numbers are much higher again.

I cannot play Elite Dangerous on a flat screen anymore ever since played it on VR. It's completely different game. Playing on monitor now feels like looking through small window into the game. I played on DK2 with bad screens. Waiting for proper gen2 VR sets, to get back into the game.

Also anything racing is fantastic - Project CARS, Assetto corsa, iRacing.

Action games mostly just causes nausea. Devs still need to figure it out. Hopefully some strategy games in the future, that might be interesting.

Elder Scrolls online. Was pretty bad generic mmo on launch. After content/game design updates (especially Morrowind), became much more fun.

I should give ME Andromeda another shot, maybe they finally finished it. But it's probably difficult to patch bad writing.

For people with lots of free time, there should always be option to turn off HUD/Fast travel/arrows and go hardcore immersive. Or at least mod support. I don't always have time to spend hours running around just trying to find another fetch quest objective. I loved Morrowind, but damn that log journal.

Seems like smart decision and good for everyone. It's more convenient for users and more money for MS.

Wasn't there a thing, that MS and Sony sell their devices at a loss? They get most income from software sales, memberships and accessories. That would mean that selling the same software on PC without Xbone would just make more money for MS.

I think it's about mentality not practicality for many gamers. There are a lot of people who still believe, that PC is to much hassle, so they go for a console. MS will not lose those sales. Xbox fans will not just drop their system and run to PC just because you can get the same games there. It will be the other way around. MS is going to jump in on PC software market that has been taken over by Valve/EA/Ubisoft etc. Only by buying the same game on Windows store instead of Steam, you can play it on Xbone as well. If it does not run well on one system, play it on another.

PC is still a Microsoft's platform. They sell PC hardware as well + Windows almost have monopoly on gaming. Yes, there are some games on Linux/Mac, but who has a Linux gaming PC really?

Just some stuff in VR. The moment framerate drops even for a second I start to get sick. I was fighting through nausea while playing Project CARS in VR. Nothing on flat screen that I can think of.

Probably one of few things Assassin's Creed games actually do well, is creating live, pretty towns/cities, that are just nice to look at. Not very interactive, but pretty and atmospheric.

Also Watch_dogs 2. Every NPC has their own little story you can get when you hack them. A lot of random stuff is happening around you, even without you interacting with anything. All the little details makes it feel alive.

Right, "Leaked". By Ubisoft?

Looks kind of beautiful in that low quality pic. But then again that's all ACs. Looks nice, plays horrible. Hey want to chase some targets down the street with horrible controls and messed up snapping mechanics?

They should take the boats/pirating part from AC4, remove all the assassins crap from it and then sell it.

co-op would be just great, but probably it would be too complicated to make it with choises and everything.
