I actually waited for Patricks playthrough of the level before I watched the 'Making of' so I could experience the insanity without knowing what is coming up. Sure, it's boring at times when he fails doing things he knows the solution to for the nth time, but the laughing when he falls for yet another trap is so much better when you aren't expecting it :)
Everyone who's actualling doing something in the games industry (be it developing, art, voice acting,....) seems to have a really rough deal. The tales of crunch are common, but who knows if voice actors don't get called up because a large part of the story has been rewritten and they need to do 500 new lines in 2 days? So if they get a better deal, good for them. Perhaps others can point to this to get a better deal as well. Tech people in general should start unionizing anyway, not just for this crunch nonsense, but their jobs are being threatened in other ways as well (outsourcing to third world, H1B, no-poaching agreements,...) and unions are needed to fix those issues.
