I think the only thing that gets me still is that there was no finale, or last day of school so to speak. It was so surreal and quiet the way it ended.

@MarkWahlberg: It's kind of a mix of both. I draw the whole thing then keep the parts that work best, put them together then flip.

@AndrewB: It's a wild world out there for artists, getting comfortable is one of the biggest mistakes one can make I've found. I'm working on an indie game I hope to be dumb fun so if nothing else there's that. :)

@VisariLoyalist: It's so funny because I drew Luchadeer when I first started at Giant Bomb, and it was a happy upbeat version. People were like, "But he's evil!". lol

I'm justifying my own hypocrisy because I feel it is important you all know this:

Giving this man publicity and spreading his word only serves his ends. People you can't see are going to agree with him and find it refreshing that there's a candidate who shares their bigoted attitude. The only way for something you don't like to go away is to not shine ANY LIGHT ON IT WHATSOEVER. Who knows, this might just put him over the top with the one half of your country you don't want to have Presidential power. Don't do their dirty work.

Networking is the absolute BEST way to find a job. I think it's perfectly understandable that you'd try here, it couldn't hurt. You never know! I wish someone had told me how important networking was when finding work, it's easily gotten me 75% of the gigs I've had to date. Good luck finding something!

Space games and Survival Horror for me. Resident Evil is a piss-poor showing of what real, slow terror should feel like.
