I might play this - I don't like Assassin's games, but as a character action game set in Ancient Greece, well, there hasn't been one of those since GoW.

There's a lot of talk about a disconnect between the game that was advertised and the one the developers strove to make, but putting aside the stylishness of the trailer, how does it make sense for there to be thirst meters in a game set in modern fucking civilization?
I don't know if it's a generational thing or what, but some time toward the end of when I was a kid and increasingly since I've been an adult, the preferred cartoon style has gotten more abstract, and I am not and have never been on board with it.
I was thinking this looked kinda "OK but not my thing", and then I got to the end where they tried close quarters combat with the guns and wow that looks completely unmanageable.
I liked DmC better than most core Devil May Cry games, but I didn't like it so much that I'm actually that broken up that they went back to the core franchise.
