Below are some of my quick impressions, mostly about two of the most interesting things we got two see on day 02 of E3.

I'm still in the darkness about Fallout 3, I'm assuming it's the same reasons you all had. The ones that disappeared after playing the game at E3. Dead Space however, looks and sounds amazing.

The coolest thing about E3 is that every year, without fail, a cool game comes out of nowhere. Dead Space wasn't even a blip on my radar, but now I'm really looking forward to it.

I'm allways ready for a futuristic third-person  or post-apocalyptic game. Can't wait for either one.

E3 got me totally excited about Fallout 3, i had never heard of it before then haha

Fallout 3 looks like you can play it casually or in real time. I really like that concept.

Cant wait for Dead Space :)

Fallout 3 seems very promising.

I haven't tried the previous games, but it looks really exciting and full of atmosphere. I like the guys behind it. I will still wait for the GB review before buing. Who do you guys think will review it?

Since they aren't DragonBall Z titles I don't think Vinny will be reviewing them, but whoever does review them I'm sure it will be spot on.

Fallout 3 is looking great.

Can't remember who was the most optimistic about it in the E3 podcasts.. there were just so many hours of it...

I haven't played the previous games in the series and I really enjoyed Oblivion so when I heard that Bethesda was in charge of Fallout 3 I figured that was a good thing.  Why are/were Fallout fans crying nay against them?

Highly anticipating Fallout 3, seems like an improved version of Oblivion. They did a good job capturing the humour of the original games.

I'm still kind of cautious about Dead Space.  Don't want it to just be a monster closet party like Doom 3 was. Fallout 3 looks awesome.

saw a video interview about Dead Space a few weeks before Electronic 3 and have to say, wasn't too impressed, since then i've been slowly coming to like the game, looks amazing

I don't totally get Jeff going on about how he dislikes the removal of HUDs in games. They have their places in genres like sports and party games, but the lack of them just adds so much to the immersion. He said they're just "shoe horning" the different information onto other parts of the character, but I think it's a lot more of a creative approach and makes the concepts of HUDs seem so arbitrary at the end.

Dead Space looks cool. I might get into that game

Dead space is looking promising. Who are they kidding though, is anyone actually going to buy that Deadspace anime on Blu-ray?

Totally agree Vinny.  Fallout 3 and Dead Space were definitely up there for my most impressive games at E3

Not really convinced by Fallout 3 yet, but that's prolly because all I've seen so far is combat sequences. But reading this and hearing you guys talk about it on the podcast means I'm more than ready to put aside my initial impressions. And as for Dead Space? That game just sounds wicked awesome
