@onemanarmyy: So with Eventide it's placed in a part of the map that by the time you get there, you would have built up both an inventory and set of habits when encountering any situation. You would have collected a lot of weapons, and maybe some better armor. The moment you land on that island you are then stripped of everything except your basic powers. Now, all that muscle memory you built up getting there are now useless and you have to dig back to your early game experience to find a solution. Because there's a puzzle on that island that places this restriction on you to solve.

13:12 that "movie" looks like Bill O'Riley's famous "Do it live" video

My first thought too.

There probably isn't even enough story left to have an even distribution of sub-episodes at this point, and they'd have to spend twice or thrice as much time recording for the business stuff than the story. It's totally not even worth it, Dan won't enjoy the reward because both unlockable styles do less damage than the others and have waaaaay less heat moves, and they've already seen everything the businesses have to offer from a broad sense.

If people really want to see every aspect of this game they should play it themselves. They've seen all the best sidequests already, played every minigame once, and I'm worried that everyone telling them they need to see everything in the game at this point in the story where everything is finally kicking off and tying together will just make the rest of the playthrough too much of a chore for them (particularly if they're going to make Dan grind through all the business stuff himself). They haven't "missed" anything about the experience of one of these games yet.

I can see that. I did mine at the last moment before the point of no return, which really was just me idling for the collection timer and grinding out the hostess game. These are probably better as supercuts of the big moments that make up the stories than actual gameplay. At some point the side story hunting feels like it needs a guide to really get.

@wobblysnake: @doctornieves: That's what got me to buy it. Between how crazy this game is and all the backseat gaming I can't fill from watching this video I went and just got the game. It's also what got me to get Hitman as well.

Is anyone else really bothered when subtitles don't match the spoken dialogue?

I'm not because I'm actively trying to avoid listening to the dialogue.

I wonder if it's a good idea to go for the full completion of the side business for both characters. I put them off and took me like two days of just idling to get. With guides. The stuff has great moments but otherwise is a slog at a point.

Also talk to the chef in the empty lot alley for weapon repairs.
