I think it is five total in the same car, not all at once.  I got mine on the airport doing 2-3 flips max, I did it about 3 times and I got it, hope this helps ya.

The A.I won't help you regardless of what difficulty you're on, and on hard the enemies have laser vision and only target you.  It's not nearly as hard as Gears on insane though.

Yeah, go for TLC edition.  It might lag or freeze a few times when you're playing, but other than that it's a great way to burn up time until Fable 2 releases.
