It's definitely a fighting game. Mortal Kombat's main focus is the fatalities and gore, SF is very technical, SSB mixes elements of platforming. They're all fighting games just with different focuses.
I would think that Mages tend to deal damage like fireballs, ice bolts, electricity, etc. Wizards are more about conjuring. That's what comes to my mind at least.
I just had to add my account again but my list is still backwards. My recently played games are all the way at the bottom and the oldest ones are at the top.
I have posted in a few threads about this for the past month. The site is just not updating my achievements. I changed my gamertag, relinked the account and thought that might have been the problem but apparently it's not just me. Also, my games played list is all out of order. IT's backwards.
Just some acknowledgment from the staff would even be fine at this point.
@xyzygy: 2 of the 80/100 reviews (eurogamer and gameblog.fr) are only attached to the ps3 review. Tbh, looks like metacritic's score aggregation isn't working quite right for L.A. Noire- once reviews started showing up their website had all sorts of funky scores and data points.
Metacritic is almost always not right.
Actually after looking at it again, in the overview it says the 360 version has a 92. Then I click on it, and it says it has a 93. The PS3 version is a 91 on both pages. So yeah definitely something is wrong there.
Ugh god. I can't wait to get this game. Brad's review says that the PS3 has a slight advantage, but they're essentially the exact same. Well, for people who aren't just looking for miniscule things to complain about that is.
