While I wouldn't be surprised to see USFIV on PS4 and Xbone, cause who knows when SFV is coming out, it could easily just be that the stick also works on PS4.

I really liked it, I was actually hoping it would control closer to the old EA MMA game but I am fine with it going with the THQ style. It certainly feels like one of the old Undisputed games but with a bit more polish. It is tough to judge too seeing as you can only play on Easy with accelerated time but it does feel a bit more accessible than the undisputed games. The game looks great both in the main fidelity but also the touches of the blood dripping and stuff like that. While the animations can get kind of clunky at times I do like the variety that there is and how animations can tie together pretty well.

The general feeling of landing a well timed or counter punch is really good to me. I can a good sense of hitting open air when not landing a strike but then also good feedback when landing a solid strike. I have only won by KO/TKO so far, I like that they standardized submissions but it is so tough to pull off in the demo because of how fast it is.

My hope is that in the full game with the normal clock speed and higher difficulty the game will be slowed down. That way you won't be able to spam strikes and setting up submissions would be easier.

Also man I hope the full game has way more commentating, cause most of it in the demo is so bad. There both isn't much commentating and what is there isn't very well tailored and not very clear.

Damien didn't want Ray Kenney involved because he was worried Kenney would leak all the blackmail Iraq had. Damien was trying to make a deal with Blume surrounding the blackmail data. It is the reason he has Aiden running around trying to obtain it.

Aiden's turn against Blume is probably just a way of helping to frame Blume as the big bad guys and set them up for a larger role next game. He is also pretty pissed off with the whole blackmail conspiracy by the end of the game, especially as it leads to Clara's death, and Blume is at the center of it.

In the final mission I think the first objective marker is just an arbitrary point as your objective is to locate Damien, it then switches to the ctOS building after you talk to T-Bone so that you can shut Damien out of the system.

Yeah the pacing was off for sure but that is an issue with pretty much every AC game as well so I've come to expect it from Ubisoft.

Is there some kind of 'peaceful mode' in this game? Or a cheat or something to make the bad dudes not attack you?

Don´t get me wrong, I love the whole 'The Descent'-thing they got going, but that forest is beautiful! I just want to run around in there without being disturbed.

In the future development notes the dev has listed a "peaceful mode" cheat that will disable enemies.

Yeah it is fairly broken at the moment but the stuff that is there is really cool. The enemy AI and animations are awesome, have had to main encounters with them so far and both were quite different. The first was a group of like 10 guys then another 15 in the background and they were much more assertive, slowly gaining better position on me and pushing themselves closer until I just turned around and booked it and they didn't give chase. The second group was only 3 guys and they played it much safer, watching me from a distance as I am started to get close to them. Just the way they move is really freaky, real unpredictable and almost feral looking.

I did a little bit of the crafting and it seems like it has the potential to be interesting though at the moment it needs a lot of polish. The way bits of the tree you are chopping down are taken out as you swing the axe is neat and how it tracks where the axe is hitting, instead of just a canned animation you have to hit different parts of the tree to make it fall. The one night I went through was stormy so the atmosphere was quite intense, especially with the knowledge of cannibals possibly stalking me, so I can see the whole settlement building concept being rewarding in creating a safe haven.

After trying to attack the small group mentioned before I ultimately failed but instead of dying I woke up in a cave filled with dead bodies. It is certainly fucked up that is for sure. Found both a flare and flare gun, the flare gun seems to be broken as the flares shoot through the walls but the main flare did work. The lighting effects from the flare were pretty cool as they hit the complex structures of the cave. Sadly I fell through the environment and died before I could find a way out. The difference between the fairly bright forest and pitch black cave was pretty jarring, which I liked.

@adequatelyprepared: its the smaller ones that really only reveal the map, im standing right next to them as well, there just isnt any prompts.

weird that there is no prompt, it should be a Y (or triangle on PS) prompt and not the standard hack if I remember right

I much prefer 3 over Revelations, I even think Revelations is the weakest in the series when taken in perspective. Revelations did almost nothing new, it didn't do much that was out right bad but it was like the definition of an annual release. I thought the environment of Revelations was boring, and it was too cluttered with stuff to really make any one aspect be notable.

3 may have had a boring character and not a great story but it finally did some new things. I liked the changes to the combat and the homestead stuff. It also layed the groundwork for the awesome naval stuff of 4. While Connor was a less fun character than Ezio he was for sure a more intimidating figure, he felt like a more powerful killing machine. The Desmond stuff in 3 was decent as well. Frankly I think the game takes too much flak for its poor story and characters.

While it is a pain I mean how did people not expect this when the initial download size is only 4 gigs? I have the same issues on every game that does the "play as you download" thing, InFamous, Shadow Fall, Wolfenstein, they all blocked off pretty quickly for me to download/install. Once pre-loading actually becomes a thing for PS4 this issue will be gone at least.

Yeah it is much easier to just pick one Karma side and stay with it, you can swing from side to side using the random events but it would take forever. There is zero reward for playing a neutral character, besides keeping the original colour of the hoodie I guess. Like most open world games with morality stuff it is easier to go evil than good as you can just wreak havoc and the death of citizens will help contribute to your evil karma. You don't even really have to min/max really, just if you play good try not to kill random civilians and subdue enemies and if you are evil just kill everything that moves and try not to help people too much. The main story decisions are the main factors which influence your karma, doing the random events often just accelerates the process.

The Karma specific powers tend to be some of the better ones so it is worth it to choose a side. Without going into specifics in my opinion the evil karma side has more fun gameplay while the good karma side has a more cohesive story.

I wouldn't be surprised if the ease of app piracy on Android detracts from them porting it to Android as well. It is not that hard on iOS but last I remember you needed to be at least jailbroken, with Android it is pretty much just drag and drop.
