    Overview

    Raven Software is a video game developer based in Middleton, Wisconsin. The studio was first founded in 1990 by the Raffel brothers ( Brian and Steve ). In 1997, Raven software was acquired by the publisher Activision. In the fall of 2009, the developer suffered downsizing and layoffs, with job losses rumored at 35-55 employees.
