The technically eighth entry in the popular horror series features the return of leading protagonists Leon S. Kennedy and Chris Redfield, along with new character Jake Muller, to combat against the latest B.O.W. manufacturer Neo-Umbrella.

Pictures comparing the Demo camera to the Retail version have been posted. Apparently all the demo feedback has caused Capcom to make some changes. I'd post the screens but I'm lazy so... click the link if you wanna see em' or someone else can do the honors of posting. So, question is... does this change anyones thoughts on the game now?

Pretty much been the proverbial headline for a lot of their promotional stuff during comic con it seems. Which, sure, that's all well and good I guess. It won't solve everything else that's wrong with the gameplay, but it'll still no doubt make for a substantial improvement over the demo build. This is also going to make their eventual release of the PS3 demo kinda redundant, unless they actually fix the camera for the PS3 demo release.

They're changing the camera issues, but they're not making the logo look like a giraffe man getting a blow-job? PRIORITIES PEOPLE, PLEASE. You know how many times I've got to see that logo the rest of my life? WAY TOO MANY.

I'm still kind of....not that excited? That demo really bummed be out.

Good, I haven't played the demo, but watching the Quick Look and some other videos of it - the camera seemed pretty poor - in the Quick Look it seemed like your character wanted to take up most of the screen all the time...

I'm not sure that "tweaking" is going to be enough to fix the issues it had... but you never know...

That's good, but still makes you wonder how they didn't notice the problem themselves. Perhaps because there are 800 people working on it? Too many cooks, man, and it shows. And it still doesn't change the fact that the whole thing seemed hell of generic. Nothing coming close to the cool village scene from RE5, just boring corridor shooting.

Still looks like it takes up too much of the screen.

    Eehhhhhhhh........It was okay. I guess.

I didn't really get the sense that the sections were wildy different though. The Leon level played the same as the Chris level to me, albeit with less enemies. It's kind of Shlocky, it's kind of B-Movie-y. The controls didn't feel as tight as 4 or 5. Enemy design was pretty boring. The menu's were confusing. It felt kind of like a bad action third-person-shooter, to be honest. I kinda expected more from the Resident Evil name.

IGN covered all of them, if you want to check it out.
