That is actually pretty amusing to me. They even stylize the 7 within the Z. That title actually makes more sense then Resident Evil 7: biohazard. The entire game takes place in that one farmhouse location and neighboring buildings right? The evil/biohazard is contained in there, it is resident.

That's pretty dumb but also kind of fantastic. It's neat that they found a way to make the killer logo work with both of the titles.

The lack of capitalisation...I want to die

Ok, I'm posting my e3 predictions on the internet next year. I totally had the feeling the new RE would just be called biohazard here and resident evil in Japan weeks ago.... Pretty close.

I'm really in love with how they managed to work the numbers into both versions of the title. Great logo work.

This is the greatest news in the history of anything.

To me it feels like a merging of East and West. Resident Evil is now trying to directly compete with all the Western 'pure' horror games like Amnesia & Outlast, but this is still also being developed by a Japanese team. I like it anyway, even if the lack of capitalisation for 'biohazard' does throw me off a bit.

I was kind of hoping it was going to be BiohazVII.

Such a good direction they went in! Another action type game would've gotten shrugs. This trailer completely dragged me back in! I can't wait to play the demo tonight!

I'm going to laugh every time I open my Steam library and see "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard / Biohazard 7: Resident Evil."

That's really dumb and I support it with all of my heart.
