Roxor is an arcade developer based in Austin, Texas. They are a 25-person team who develop titles on open-source engines and software for the arcade market. They are recognized as the team behind In the Groove, a dance/rhythm game series that is still massively popular in the arcade scene.

In 2005, they were caught up in a lawsuit with Konami for their distribution of "upgrade kits" that allowed anyone to turn any Dance Dance Revolution cabinet into a fully-functional In the Groove cabinet. They settled by selling the rights to the franchise to Konami and have since moved on to other projects.

They are currently working on Road Rebel, a car-combat arcade game to be distributed by Namco
