Quiznos for me by a long shot. The classic club with bacon AND italian dressing trumps any offering of subway.
 
And in general I find all of the ingredients at a quiznos to be of a higher quality (at least taste wise) than subway.
 
Which of these sandwich shops do you choose?

I prefer Quiznos, although the one near my house is always out of meat balls so I refuse to eat at Quiznos anymore because I got tired of going there and getting let down. There isn't really a subway near my house or near campus so I hardly eat there anymore. I basically eat Extreme Pita for my veggie filled fast food needs.

Quiznos had some hot ass flavor bombs when I used to go there, but all the good stuff was super pricey. Subway... eh... meatball sub is pretty bomb, but it's a guaranteed mess factory.

I will never understand while people always compare the two, granted they both sell sandwiches, but to me Subways always seemed like the one you would choose if you wanted to eat a somewhat more healthier sandwich, whereas Quiznos was just the complete opposite.

I actually went to Quiznos today to get some broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl, but they told me that they didn't have bread bowls anymore.  So yea Subway wins for me, hands down.  Even if Quiznos still carried the bread bowls I would say Subway is better though.  Their cookies are epically delicious.

Living in Southern California Subway...by a longshot. The veggies here are always fresh at my subway shops. 
 
As far as quizno's goes, there was one in Vegas when I lived there for a while that was pretty good. But out here the two shops I went to sucked enormous dick.

Well, the only Quiznos here closed down...I only went there once and it sucked, the Subways around here are always pretty good though

I found all Miami Subs to be disgusting and full of hobos. Although I will agree with Publix having some awesome subs. "

Between Quiznos and Subway? I'd probably say Subway.

subway except i'd like it if they cooked em a little longer than what they do.... quiznos here is down the toilet. jimmy's is 30 mins away... while i can think of 3 subways in 5 min walking distance....

We don't have quiznos in the UK, so it's either Subway or O'Brien's.  Subway every time.

Subway. Partly because we don't have Quiznos in Norway.

i like subway. its brighter and more welcoming. My local quiznos is dimmly lit and smells like old people.

Quiznos isn't bad, but Subway is better.

I prefer quiznos. I generally order the same thing at subway while there are a few different subs i like at the quiz.
