    Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 is a role-playing game developed and published by Atlus for the PlayStation 2. It is chronologically the fifth installment in the Shin Megami Tensei: Persona series. Like its predecessor, its gameplay combines a traditional role-playing game with elements of a social simulation. Its critical and commercial success spawned a sizable media empire, including several spinoff titles.

    @FluxWaveZ: Yeah, you'd think that but the truth is once games go out of print and they are still in demand, prices skyrocket. Multiple prints of Nocturne have lowered its price a little, but even some NES games (and older) can go for much more than that.

    Not necessarily. Nocturne has a lot more in common with P4 with its weakness exploiting Press Turn system. Thematically it may be closer to those two but it's still not an exact match.

    Persona 5 for sure, as long as it sticks to a similar style as Persona 3 and 4. I know people love to throw around that Persona fundamentally changed from 2 to 3 and thus 5 will be drastically different because Atlus is on some mythical cycle of changing gameplay every 2 games but I doubt this, and dearly hope this doesn't happen. I've fallen in love with the P3/P4 style of games and wouldn't even consider having something different for at least 2 more games.
