Shizuku is the class representative of her class at St. Michael's, a highly distinguished girls-only Catholic high school in Japan. She is greatly respected by her schoolmates and is often the center of attention.
Shizuku hails from a very traditional Japanese family. She learned calligraphy from her father and flower arrangement from her mother. Shizuku strives to maintain an air of nobility and to present herself as a prim and proper traditional Japanese woman.
Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke o: Tenshi no Hanabira Zome
Eris Shitogi recently transferred to her class. Shizuku fell in love with her at first sight. Their teacher assigned her to help Eris assimilate to school life. Eris immediately gained attention from her classmates which made Shizuku a little jealous. Eris was very expressive towards Shizuku but she responded coldly, trying to maintain her well-established image.
Later, Shizuku reflected on her actions and she realized that she loved Eris. Eris approached Shizuku and landed a swift kiss on her. The next day, Shizuku tried to avoid Eris. Eris managed to corner Shizuku and she confessed her feelings for Shizuku.
Shizuku then spent the following days trying to reply to her confession. She was unable to verbally express her feelings and decided to answer by writing a 100 page letter. Unfortunately, Eris wasn't very good at reading kanji but she appreciated Shizuku's efforts.
One day, Shizuku found out that Eris is not eating well. She decided to make lunch for her which made Eris very happy. Eris also mentioned that she is interested in Japanese culture and Shizuku invited her to her home. She taught Eris calligraphy and flower arrangement.
Eris mentioned that Shizuku was rather cold towards her. Shizuku then spent the night awake reflecting on it. The following day, she tried to better express her feelings for Eris but she collapsed in school due to exhaustion. Eventually, Shizuku gathered enough courage to freely express her feelings for Eris.
