this is shallow as hell I know, but one of my favorite things about AC2 is... being able to use different costumes. That black costume is AWESOME, and I shall be using it throughout the game, fuck the white one. Please tell me you can use the black one early on >_>

 Great game! I got my white edition yesterday and i don't know about US, but here in Europe we got some sweet bonuses. Apart from unlock code for that exclusive mission or location, i got some code for Avatar game, some voucher for Ubi store, 20% off Disney dvd's, 40% for some theme park ticket (i think that's from the store)... There was som. else, but I'm to lazy to turn around and open the box to check..

This game is absolutely fantastic.  I've already dropped about 7 hours into it and I still feel like I'm firmly in the first half.  Haven't even been to Venice yet.  I wasn't a big fan of the first one, but the setting and the variations of the gameplay really really help this game.  Plus, it isn't all srs bznss about itself. 

Nice review...it looks like a great game,but it's not as gorgeous as the first AC.

Glad to see ACII getting quite the high praise this time around. I enjoyed the first game for what it was despite the repetitive mission structure but it always did seem like it was the foundation work for a much better sequel.

Wasn't sure about this, although I enjoyed the first one I kinda got bored with the repetition. Thought about letting it go by all these positive reviews have convinced me to try it.
 
Also looks to have one of the nicest collectors edition in a long time.

Damn shame it's slipped up with the voice work and lame facial animation...

Hmmm I guess I'll try Ass is Red 2.

Seeing it now reminds me that I actually did enjoy some parts of the first game, I had completely forgotten.
