The Nihilanth is one of the most interesting aspects of Half-Life, especially what his whispers suggest about the world. If the platforming is too difficult just noclip past it.

I thought the VGX's would have been fine if they got rid of Joel Mchale and the segments with Internet celebrities.

I dunno. I'm American (we've got all different kinds!) and I don't think she sounds like anyone I know personally. To paraphrase the words of the late and great Ryan Davis, she sounds like some "Scottish-ass Scottish"

So sorry I missed this live. Cara Ellison is one of my favorite people writing about games next to Jenn Frank and Simon Parkin. (Ooh! Get Jenn Frank on the show!) I look forward to watching it after work. If anyone isn't doing so already, you should follow Cara on Twitter because she is pretty goddamn funny.
