There's a difference between the Saints Row and Pepsi fiasco thing though.

In a Pepsi points commercial, somebody buys a multi million dollar jet for $700 000 worth of pepsi points.

Whereas the SR guys are actually offering this million dollar pack (ppl have estimated the total worth of the contents to be~$750 000). They are actually selling this, and will make a profit from it. Yes, it's a publicity stunt, but i doubt that they are going to get sued over it.

I deleted the old feed, subscribed to the new one, and now it's titled this episode's name. I think you're doing wrong...

Great first podcast guys.

Enjoyed the nintendo discussion. I just upgraded from a 3ds to XL, and looking at the old design, the top screen getting scratched by the bottom does kind of boggle the mind, just that it's such a crappy design flaw from a company that I at least associate with quality hardware.

(the XL has little rubber nubs on the top which I assume solves this? As for my old 3ds, I found a solution online, which was to take two of the little rubber feet off my 360 and stick them to the 3ds top screen. They fit perfectly)

Ugh, actually, I'm remembering how crappy the original GBA was. Remember having to actually buy peripherals like a little lamp so you could see the screen without perfect lighting conditions?

Love that title. Glad you like EarthBound, too. I first played it when I'd already left my teens as well, and oddly I think it works better that way (though, of course, I have no means to compare it with playing it as a youngster). It just seems like its clever twists on the format, fourth-wall breaking and generally offbeat nature would be more appealing for someone with a few more RPGs under their belt. It's the same as how I felt about Animaniacs and Freakazoid back when they were airing: They can be enjoyed by anyone, but they were cartoons made for (and by) cartoon aficionados.

Now you guys just need to name that movie podcast. "Giant Bomb at the Box Office" always struck me as a title that initially seems pragmatic to a fault, but also has a subtle derogatory tone to it.

Love you Scoops, but goddamn if you don't have a tendency to ramble for a long time without conveying much actual information in your words.

Glad to see you back in video action, though. I think this feature shows a lot of promise. It's the perfect outlet for both of you.

I am no fanboy since I played mostly 360 before I got a PC but I really wish Kinnect was an OPTION not a REQUIREMENT. It bugged me how they tried to shove it into my house with the 360 so the Xbox 1 making it mandatory just looses my interest.

If Giant Bomb proper were on the east coast and you two were the lone west coasters, this could have been KGB Radio. WGB just doesn't cut it.

I'm sure it won't happen since CBS owns Twitch but I really wish all the GB streams were using Youtube instead. Having the ability to pause and rewind is a game changer!

Great podcast! Alex and Patrick have a good vibe and the topics are interesting.

Podcast version's audio quality sounds great! I actually forgot that this would normally have just been ripped from a video. Also, the Podcast name is fantastic, so don't change a single thing about it (except that "With" shouldn't be capitalized", I think...)

Patrick and Alex play off each other really well. Very knowledgeable dudes.

Love the name! Sad I missed it live though. I have to remember to tune in Mondays.
