Endurance Run: Persona 4 - Part 104

Episode 104...truth be told, I remember very little about this dungeon.  It just seemed the most bland to me.  As a gamer, I've seen plenty of secret military bases, but how many bathhouses have you been in during the course of a video game?  Or strip clubs or even 8-bit castles?  I definitely remember the next dungeon, and the one after that, and the one after that, but I didn't even remember about the doors in this one until I saw the ER

The choice that leads to the bad end seemed completely obvious to me. I thought it was clear that the game was nudging you to go down the other path during that entire sequence. I really doubt they'll blow it as long as they pay attention.

I don't know how y'all did it, but you actually made fusing entertaining today.

Any chance of maxing out Yukiko's S. Link?  It seems like her lack of null fire is starting to be a liability in battle.

Remember how you said that you'd check out Yukiko's SPs to see if you should replace her +50 SP fan?  Judging from this dungeon, it looks like you can safely dump it for something more powerful.  Also, your battle XP is getting into the range where leveling up your Personas seems doable in a reasonable amount of time.

The dungeons are probably my least favorite part, but the worst awesome thing is still pretty great.

You should use almighty against those hourglasses. Nothing in the game is weak to strong against or repels or absorbs almighty.

why the number counts all of a sudden? Why so large?

Check out the guides, you could try to do one of Margaret's requests every time you jump in the tv

Im saying it again, just in case Jeff or Vinny(formerly known in this post as Brad!) reads this: get Cool breeze, it gives you 8% sp&hp back after each fight. Pazuzu gets it and Yatagarasu i think it's called, the crow. Really handy to help you keep that spirit up. Keep it up!

Not loving the new giant numbers in the preview pic, I really liked the shots you guys used. Gave us a good idea of what to expect in the episode.

65 minutes is awesome though, so complaining here.

i bought  Persona 3 used, no manual. have to thank Jeff and Vinny for teaching me how to play.

Only 1 minute and 10 seconds in and hahaha, poor Jeff. The endurance run is awesome, but if you guys really do need a break from Persona for a few extra days, don't feel guilty about taking one.

You might consider this before you want to decide whether or not you want to refill your SP.

Go to the front yard of Secret Laboratory without entering and separate Yukiko from the team by talking to her, and go back to the Entrance to refill the SP's of the main character , Chie and Yosuke, because Yukiko still has considerable amount of SP due to her weapon's specification ( + 50 SP), so you can spare some money.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR SKILLS
You guys need to know what skills your party members (other than Charlie) need to have on their Persona, since you've so far been making some bad choices on what to delete.
YOSUKE: Garudyne=Replaces Garula, Masukukaja=Replaces Sonic Punch (Should have replaced Sukukaja but you got rid of it for Wind Break), Magarudyne=Replaces Magarula, Brave Blade=Replaces Wind Break OR Tentarafoo, Wind Amp=Replaces Wind Break OR Tentarafoo. (And yes, __ Boost and __ Amp skills DO stack)

CHIE: Power Charge=Replaces Skull Cracker (Which should have been deleted long ago), High Counter=Replaces Counter, Rainy Death=Replaces Rampage, God's Hand=Replaces Heat Wave, Agneyastra=Replaces Rainy Death.

YUKIKO: Agidyne=Replaces Agilao, Diarahan=Replaces Diarama, Samarecarm=Replaces Recarm, Mediarahan=Replaces Mediarama, Maragidyne=Replaces Maragion, Salvation=replaces Mediarahan, Fire Amp=Replaces Fire Break.

Damnit Vinny it makes me so angry when you don't know how to use the controller.

Great episode. And they are already thinking on a new Endurance Run after Persona 4? It should be noby noby boy.
And don't forget why you love Black Frost so much: no weaknesses and drains fire and ice. You were getting hard hits from the reflect lighting. The only real bummer about Black Frost: no lighting spells.

 l loved this dungeon. Not the lower levels necessarily, but I really liked Naoto's "resist-the-shadow" moment. It was well-written and and conceived excellently. And the boss looks badass.

I watch these every week, mainly down to insane boredom, but i just don't get the appeal. The game to me looks like utter trash, or is that the joke, it's so bad, that it's good, kinda thing?

I'm not hating on the game, i'm just baffled. lol
