@CptBedlam: Agreed! Keep it up Jeff! I realized a few years ago that working out, contrary to what I've been told my whole life, is probably the nerdiest thing ever. There is tons of technical info on gravity vectors and pull angles to geek out over, and doing the exercises effectively is all about getting the timing right and memorizing patterns. There is actually a lot of overlap with the mental skills needed for video games.
