Oh, wow. I'm thinking that "brownie/jelly" thing is Japanese youkan. It's usually made from red bean paste, agar (gelatin made from seaweed), and sugar. Talk about a surprise seeing that stuff on Giant Bomb. I'm gonna say they're probably not gonna like it. Goes great with green tea, though!
