I would just say from the Northeast. I can say for certainty that Moxie is based in New Hampshire because I happen to be drinking a bottle of Moxie right now (and I'm in upstate New York), and Whoopie Pies you can find all around the Northeast. The maple cream seems like something you'd find in one of those super old shops in downtown Boston. Basically I am 100% certain that those things came from the Northeast but I couldn't say what state exactly although I'm sure someone must be familiar with that make of Whoopie Pie which would clue us in. Also I really wanted them to drink that Moxie warm because if any drink needs to be cold it is Moxie.

Sort of. Moxie was invented in Massachusetts but it is the state drink of Maine and they have an annual Moxie Festival in Lisbon Falls, Maine. I think they are headquartered in New Hampshire now. But Moxie and whoopie pies I would say are most closely associated with Maine (and don't even start with those Pennsylvania people who think they invented whoopie pies). That mailbag may have come from anywhere in the Northeast, but I deem it a Maine-ass mailbag. And now I want a damn whoopie pie.

War of the Dead! I only discovered that on the wiki a few days ago. Apparently it can be considered on of the first survival horror games. They definitely got a good one.

Man I am totally jealous of that PC Engine package. That is the next system I am on the hunt for, or a NeoGeo, whichever I come across first.

@supertess: The box of NH swag came from me! The maple cream is from a roadside farm stand and the Sea Hagg rum is made in Portsmouth NH. There is no appropriate temperature to drink Moxie at, it is basically carbonated dirt water. The game is also made in NH as were the whoopie pies! Live Free with Diabetes and/or Die!

Drew is activated by maple. His Canadian sleeper agent time is now over.

I've been so behind on podcasts, I usually don't have time to get them out of the way before the next week's podcast drops.
