UPDATE: The Bomb Squad just got into a heated discussion over Guns N' Roses until Brad designed a subterfuge to have their thoughts on the matter broil instead of concluding their conversation at that very moment. Did Brad select my dumbass email this week?!

UPDATE: I am heartbroken. Brad was referring to a different GNR email at the halfway point. Love is over.

Oh, ok so it's not in the Premium Podcast feed, but now has it's own Giant Bombcast Premium feed.

I will continue to not listen to the premium bombcast, but thank you for having it as an option.

I still get the distinct impression that none of these guys played much of Donkey Kong Country 2 or 3. The first one was a rough platformer, but the other two are better than Super Mario World by a long shot. They're amazing, especially 2, and addressed the issues of the first one so well.

DKC Returns was a fun game, but relied too heavily on nostalgia and overly punishing, long boss fights. Tropical Freeze is an improvement and a great game in its own right, but it still feels a little too much like a side project, not a new-age classic like Mario 3D World or Super Meat Boy or something.
