I want to say something about coming full circle but eh, Jeff's better than that shit.

Video Reviews on Giantbomb make me very happy indeed.

I already knew it was a rental and a 3 star game based on the demo and what little I hear of the gameplay. The gameplay mechanics are pretty shallow. You shoot and take cover. They also took away grenades and added the Uncharted 2 style gas can throwing, which I find a bit baffling. K&L should be able to secure explosives if they can get machine guns. But I suppose the engine wouldn't be able to handle that many explosions if the player were to throw them in quick succession. Multiplayer wise, eh I didn't think the shooting felt good enough for it to support the multiplayer aspect. But the undercover cop mode seems very cool.

The first thing I noticed about the review was "that shirt." Anyway, the game looks terrible: a big disappointment for me.

I love that Jeff did the review AND wore "the shirt."

i kinda enjoyed the feel of the first game (i only played about a level so it didnt feel repetitive.  but im super bummed about this being mediocre i really dug the visuals every time i saw videos but maybe they will make a 3rd or just implement everything great about this one into a new ip 

That's one weird ass bug. A killer counter memory leak? Someone on the team hated making that mosaic when you shoot a guy's head with a shotgun.

Proud of you jeff, for giving this game a chance.  Its sad to hear they still haven't fixed fragile alliance, i only got into my friends game on the first game because there were so few people playing. I guess i'm going to pick this one up when it gets nice and cheap.

I like how he alludes to how infamous his review for the original was and then just moves on.

Nice, Jeff finaly got to say "Rental".

On the K&L 1 review, he had to dance around the word, but never got to say it. 

I can't believe people recognize what SHIRT he was wearing when he did that video.

I think I'll give this a rent just to check out the visuals for myself.

Good job, duders. I love the overall style of the game, and I really love the multiplayer modes, but the gameplay just isn't fun. I don't like cover-based third-person shooters. Make this an FPS and I'm sold.

That's what i was thinking. Even the artifacting you get in OnLive would work with the game's visual style. And it sounds short enough I don't really need the game beyond the three day rental. Hopefully, it will be on OnLive. "

Lame, had high hopes for the sequel but after watching this and playing the demo seems they really should have spent more time on it.

HAHAHA Jeff started the review saying "K&L2 is a sequel to an ugly, ugly game." CALL BACK!!!

I'm serious when I say that this is the best video review on the internet - ever! The visual styles, and the overall way it was shot, is refreshing to watch as no one is doing reviews the way your doing them now.  
 
And as always Jeff puts the hammer down with brutally honest reviews. It's not a bad thing at all. This industry needs someone to see things through the hyperbole, and tell the masses if the game is good or not. Besides, isn't that what sells games the most - reviewer opinions? Seems to me someone needs a bonus in with they're normal pay. Thanks Jeff!
