Oh, and in case someone hasn't explained it yet: If you get out without scoring any runs, it's called a duck, and is signified with an actual image of a duck (cartoon or otherwise); if you get out on your first ball faced, it's a golden duck.

You can tell the defeat in Danny's voice where all the funny European jokes have started to loop around for the millionth time.

Sometimes it's the most unnecessary features that become the most entertaining.

I love that somehow KFCs domination of cricket advertising has even managed to make it's way in to this game. Also, as someone who understands cricket, watching this was so very painful, but so very funny. Jeff having no idea how the hitting was working, Dan not realising he has to place the ball, and that he can move where it bounces, brilliant. It oddly got my patriotic side going when they were making fun of cricket though, which is odd, seeing as how I find it really boring (kinda like baseball), and how this is easily the most entertaining that cricket has ever been.

Haven't laughed so much in a quicklook for a while.

If only they could get someone who actually understood cricket, and would explain to Jeff why he is swinging wrong (trying to hit on the off-side for an on-side ball) this QL would not be so frustrating. I know ppl are enjoying this, but I can only watch so many deliveries without anything actually happening.

I want to buy this game simply to manipulate Don Bradman's head.

In case anyone actually cares, the reason cricket bowlers take a run-up is that they're not allowed to bend their arm when delivering the ball. That's the difference between bowling and pitching (or just throwing). And it's also pretty much the full extent of my knowledge of cricket.

The only thing I know about cricket is that I used to play it in primary school when I lived in Australia and I don't know if anyone knew what they were doing.
