Maybe it's because I'm watching and not playing, or maybe it's because these are early levels, but it looks so slow.

That game looks really great, i hope for an xbox or ps3 version though, but i'll check if my not so great computer can run it. I need more of these platformers in my life.

I was getting kinda sleepy with that music , that's not good also this just looks like another indie platformer with a artsy style can't indie developers do something different? Skullgirls is probably the first indie project not to be a Puzzle or a platformer in a while.

IT'S NOT IT'S NOT. I havn't finished watching but did Patrick really not show a replay!? Patrick really didn't show the replay. It's the greatest feature of the game. You can watch a replay of ANYONE'S top score on any level of the game. Not only are these super cool to watch and check if someone isn't hacking but it is a fantastic way to learn the game's deeper mechanics.

Actually found a top score of one of the levels Patrick just did. Everything Patrick said is absolutely true, but I really hate that he didn't mention the replay.

Pretty good game but I found that the keyboard is the way to go for controls. I tried using the 360 controller and found that using a standard layout just didn't work. Having to expand to the shoulder buttons or triggers lovers my precision too much to S rank the levels properly.

I'd love to see this get some 4 player TNT love, Oh and SOLD!

Bought this as soon as it came out. Love the look, love the music, but man, it is hard. Currently playing it with a keyboard, should try a xbox controller to see if it's any better that way.

The game also has a replay feature, that shows how other players from the leadersboard got their score.

I agree with that, it's not that I dislike Patrick, there's just way too much of him on the site right now

Really appreciate the non-cynical/jaded and genuinely positive attitude Patrick has towards a lot of games. This one isn't for me, but he's really growing on me as far as QLs go. Entertaining watch for sure.

yeah and patrick's not using the silde ability in the beginning. which seems pretty strange.

You know what else there is too much of? People complaining about Patrick. Press UP to run on the walls and ceilings, press DOWN to slide down slopes. That's essential to getting the S times.

People still use 360(I assume you mean 360) pads in platformers?

Really highlights how much of a fast pace the game can have, gonna buy it right away.

After playing this game for a few days, I cringed every time Patrick missed a single speck of dust

Great to finally see a QL of the game! I've played over 20 hours and love it. Was wondering what was taking so long for QL and was actually expecting Brad with his Meat boy expertise.

Agreed, mentioning replays and through them showing off how the gameplay works at a 'higher level' were pretty big things missing from the QL. If anyone's curious about the game's length, Steam says SSing everything took me around 35hrs. It'll of course depend on your skill levels, I'd say I'm okay at platformers.

Sure, I don't own one, but anything is better than the 360 dpad and this game is all digital movement so sticks are useless.
