I'd have to disagree. As a DW fan, I can honestly say that every game in the goddamn series is almost exactly the same. Of course, I like it that way (I'm a big fan of the "don't fix what ain't broken" theory), but I don't see how Gundam 2 is doing anything worse. Or... better, for that matter. Really, I can hardly see a difference between this one and the last one. Well, maybe the ATBs during the sword clashes, but that's just going to piss the reviewers off.

Of course, you do have to skip a couple of sequels here and there: Namely, the expansion packs (Xtreme Legends, Empires), as those are just older games with a lot of content taken out. I will never understand what Koei is trying to do with the series, really...

I honestly can't see how anybody would enjoy this crud. I played Dynasty warriors for 30 min and I was done.

Sigh... An almost cool concept, the game itself is alright to play, but sadly its the same as every other american gundam game other than the snes 2d fighters, its just junk quality.

Impressive gundam knowledge vinny, you (and everyone else) should check out the Gundam battle series of games on the PSP, the newest one is Gundam Battle Universe, its quite amazing.

Its a 3rd person shooter/fighting game with over 200+ different gundams and mobile suits/armors to play as. The only problem... its in japanese, its not hard to understand as it has english menus and whatnot, but its sad because it will never see the american markets for some unknown reason.

I bought this and returned it the same day.

Hilarious, I start watching Mobile Suit Gundam a week ago, finish it, and find out there's a game based on this 30-year-old series that came out two weeks ago. And it's Dynasty Warriors! Which I actually enjoy, for some reason!

Life sure is weird.

Vinny, the Gundam series with the angel wings is the Gundam W series. full of girly boys and a very lame plot.

I love it when Jeff's talking and Vinny keeps saying random things over the top of it.

Dojima knows you can do it.
