Seriously though, I don't know why you'd care in the slightest either way. I normally don't even notice when things are spelled the American way instead of the Canadian/British way.

As a Canadian, I also never even notice when things are spelled in American English at this point, because I just accept it as a byproduct of them being the bigger market for most games. By the same token, Jeff should understand that the rest of the world is the bigger market for the FIFA games, and the expectation that they should still localize it specifically for the United States, unless they are trying to get "cool" points, is a poorly thought out argument.

Does he think games are trying to be clever and cool when 98% of other releases are only localized in American English, despite being sold in other countries?
