Awesome Quicklook, I just ordered it for the PS3 since I have been hearing nothing but positive things. I loved XI and while this isn't revolutionary it looks like an awesome iteration on that.

Really happy to see Rorie on this, he has tons of knowledge on MMO's and offers a lot of insight, no offense to the other guys but they just don't play MMO's as much as Matt, so great quick look!

Thanks you, Vinny. It's nice to see someone actually say that there are other MMO's that did anything other than WoW. The comparison feels reductive. It's popular, I get that. It does things now people want in the genre. I get that. But, really...

Question for people who play this game, does the character movement feel like WoW or a Korean MMO?

It feels like every other third person game as long as you change the controls to legacy, if not I assume its like WoW or what not the other control scheme locks the camera to your back. So instead of turning around and run around as you would any other game you strafe and walk backwards.

Those guys sure are TINY.

If you have a PS3 controller, there's a setting in the options to change the buttons to the PS style, even!

It is seriously a different game with a gamepad. Combat is a ton better.

In the beta I tried to name my lady Terra and it wouldn't let me. I guess they're allowing you to use names from the previous games now.

Guild Wars 2 is a pretty great game, you guys.
