Consumer level capturing equipment = heavy hard red colours tend to hurt in captures. The unreadable little red text will be fine when playing the actual game, or when using far better capturing hardware, or direct captures.

Still looks great.. if it was a last generation console because that's where I'd expect 720p60. Jesus christ it's just a two-character fighter.

I barely used the last consoles, and I really had no plans to pick up more than a PS4 this time around, but money be damned if Killer Instinct is good. First KI is my favourite all time fighting game. Loved the combo system.

It's really not though. As a Silent Hill game, it's an abomination. As a general survival horror/adventure game, it's passable.

With as much shit talking as they do about original KI, I played a lot of KI:Gold back in the day and I could swear that the combo system (opener->linker->extender->linker->ender, etc) is exactly what I remember.

Calling it an abomination is a pretty hyperbolic statement when it's not even close to being the worst game in the series. I think 'okay' is a perfectly apt word to describe it overall.

As the games start looking better, the videos start becoming more and more incomprehensible and terrible. This one might be even worse than Resogun.

This game looks really fucking fun. As a non-professional gamer, "casual" fighting games like this one are perfect for me. I also like the edgy 90s vibe.

Definitely a game to catch up with when I get an Xbone in 2 years or so.

This looked gorgeous at the Xbox one tour (screw hashtags!) in Manc yesterday. People were really getting into it, even without an explanation of the combo and breaker systems.

Wow, color me impressed...this actually looks fun in an over the top and absurd kind of way, which I guess is what the series has always been about, right?

By far this looks like the best exclusive Xbone launch game. Kind of funny and ironic that both consoles best exclusive are downloadable titles that also happen to be free (sort of for KI)

Right now these new consoles are $400-500 free to play boxes, but of course I am an idiot and will still get one of them next month, lol

This game is free to $20? Rad, it's worth both prices.
