Played through the first one and loved it and this looks better than that. Time to break out the Wii again.

  Dude, you did not do a single running slash (wiimote motion while running) or charged slash during the entire sequence, nor did you look into the various different combos you can get from various combinations of A (up or down tilt) and B (up or down tilt). Plus he could have talked about new purchased blades leading to altered combat styles (including double katanas), and the fact that new playable characters get introduced later on.  Still an effective first look, i guess.

Is it just me, or did they parody the old anime "Granzort" when Travis' robot came out of the water and he jumped into it? Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Wow, I remember when I said I was sold on this game, I didn't even know half of it. I am so way beyond "SOLD!!" right now it's not even funny.

Not to mention that it starts kind of slow. It's really awesome, but it's a lot of cutscenes. It would be a good 20 minutes before they'd even be able to get to the overworld map. "

They really should turn up the game's audio feed in these thing. I can't hear a thing of the game.
 
Some of the later boss battle go o nfor much longer by the way, MUCH longer.

All the cheerleaders had a numbers that's why you jump up from 50 to 25

Also, congratulations to all those that are so proud to announce that the game with the highest blood fountains and the jiggliest breast physics is the only one that can make them interested in a console's library.

True, it didn't have "bad sales", it had terrible sales natively, and poor sales worldwide. I think it's very likely No More Heroes 2 will arrive on 360 and PS3, and pretty soon also. No More Heroes is no longer a Wii exclusive franchise and GM need to make some real money fast. The company is desperate to make some notable profit given the amount of projects they have running currently, and little resources they still have, despite these games.  
 
After the 360 and PS3 versions of the game make their money natively, more money than they ever did on Wii, within a single month in Japan (-mark my words), I'm confident Grasshopper Manufacture will commission Feel Plus to bring the sequel to both 360 and PS3. I'm also confident they'll release the 360 and PS3 versions of the original game in the West by the end of the year, using Ubisoft as publisher.

Dear lord I love Suda 51.

Not to be a dick or anything but this fight is the peak of the weirdness in the game. It gets pretty boring and serious by the end. There are a few fun places but the lack of character in most of the later bosses is a real bummer. There is one that doesn't even have any dialog. Music is fucking great though from the first track to the last one.

Also I think Nathan Copeland is supposed to be irish but when the accent is done badly its hard to say. 

If i still had my Wii I would so buy this, bloody hialrious. Laughed my arse off on the boss fight.

Well aside from that being insane I have to say the camera on the combat parts looked a little fucked up, but it looks like a fun rental if you want a couple hours of complete insanity.

Fuck off - not everyone enjoys rehashed and tired games like New Super Mario Brothers Wii, Zelda: ____, Mario ___,  and the metric fuckton of waggle-tastic casual games that make up the Wii's library . I'll enjoy my   mecha football players, blood and boobies - you can go play the other 99% of shit that makes up the Wii's game catalog. I'm sure you're rather proud that the only reason the Wii sold so many systems was because people wanted to play Wii Sports and nothing more.

Hopefully they won't diddle the European version again. That said, even with the ash, I'm currently having a great time with the first game.
