This looks a lot like a smoother version of PlanetSide, but in Singleplayer obviously.

They got an achievement called Money in the Banana Stand. Game of the year.

It's funny that the actual length this quick look could've been much longer from the live stream. Or at least it seemed that way.

Oh man - the enemy commander know that there are enemies in the shipyard, yet broadcasts, on loudspeaker no-less, for "all infantry to converge on the shipyard". What is it with enemy leaders and their propensity to say their plans out loud, all the time? Don't they have radios in the cyber-future?

I bought this Tuesday and have been playing the shit out of it since. For $15 you couldn't find a better shooter, and you're definitely getting your money's worth with the amount of content it comes with. Conquest mode is some great, addicting fun as long as you're playing with competent people.

I never bought Section 8, but I was hooked on the incredibly fun MP gameplay in the beta/demo. The only demo I've only ever played more was probably Battlefield 1942's Wake Island demo.

For $15 and a SP campaign, this is a must-get for me.

That texture pop-in when pulling out a weapon is distracting when I'm not the one playing, though.

Game is great fun. Single player is average, but multiplayer is awesome: 16 v 16 battles, dedicated servers, server browser and bots.  All the stuff is appears to be well balanced as many games go down to the wire. The DCMs are a cool and mix up the action nicely. Well worth 1200 ms points imo.

32 player online with a ton of in game equipment upgrades and such, definitely neat! Surprised by this one.

Robot suits? The Arm? OH MY GOD IT'S A TOTAL ANNIHILATION FPS!!!

I don't mind mediocrity when it's 15 bucks and not 60 bucks.

This looked decent, for a MP.

The campaign was bad in the original, but the mp had its moments.

Sadly, nobody was playing it, so matches often had more bots than real dudes. At 15 bucks, maybe this'll have some legs?? Maybe not. Anyone playing this? are matches full of actual humans?

I'd give it a go, except that Brink comes out in a couple weeks, and that's where I'll be slaking my multiplayer manshoot urges. Assuming it turns out as good as it looks.

Really appreciate the "Money in the Banana Stand" reference. Looks cool, might be interested to try it when it comes to PSN.

This really, really reminded me of Tribes, which is definitely not a bad thing.

Any word on how long the single player campaign is?  I may have to check this out once it hits the PSN.

the coolest thing is the Spawning in the multiplayer. It looks pretty awesome :)

The XBLA demo had me hooked. Something about it felt like UT2K4 to me. Definitely considering getting it on Steam.

I love how Ryan says early on that Graves sounds like the kind of guy that would say "now get the hell out of there" and around 16 minutes he totally does say that. Way to go.

Tribes is sweet

I'm getting a big old Battlefield vibe from the multiplayer which is a good thing.
